How to modify behavior of clicking on Wi-Fi Icon in System Tray?

It used to just shows the available networks - and I liked that. Now it shows volume, brightness, battery and some mini-window of Google Chrome where I have a YouTube video.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Start8/10/11 version full version number.

I am on Windows 11 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4169) and I see this when I click on my Wifi taskbar tray icon. And from what I know, Start11v2 can not change that. If the newer Windows 11 version change it again, i believe Start11 still can not change/customize it.

You can click the little pencil at the bottom of the panel to edit the contents of the Control Center. I don't think you can unpin the volume, but you should be able to unpin other items. :grin:
