Does the OD License allow me to run OD on my home computer and the computer I use at work ?

Yes. As long as you aren't using both at once.

I kind of remember reading the license applies to the user not a machine. I just wanted a confirmation. I do not want to break any rules.

Be kind of hard for me to use more than one computer at a time and they are personal machines only used by me.
