Start 11 v1 will not allow uninstall & Start 11 v2 Downloads, but will not allow me to enter Product Key

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

1. What error did you get when you try to uninstall Start11v1?
2. Assuming you have purchase a new license for Start11v2, When you downloaded Start11v2, installed and trying to activate it using the newly purchased key, what error did you get?
3. Also, did you reboot between uninstall, and installing Start11v2? And reboot once again after installing Start11v2?

TY for your response; Took multiple uninstalls, but finally uninstalled Startv1 & 2; reinstalled v2 & now seems to be working properly ! TY !
