When I want to open the task manager in start 11 v2, the screen keeps flickering. Can you please help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try this, uninstall Start11v2, reboot immediately after. Re-download latest Start11v2.07. Install it. Reboot immediately install finished. Retest and report back.

If the entire screen is flickering, it is most likely a graphic driver issue. Try updating your graphics driver to the latest version available.
