PC was stuck when used Start11

Hi, the PC was stuck when used Start11, purge reinstallation didn't help.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest Start11 version available to you. Reboot immediately again after installation finished. Retest it and report back.
