AlienGPT "Generate" button disabled, just like the mods button

Hmm.  I do not believe it's related to your Windows username.  Authentication should be determined by your logon to either Steam or Epic (not sure which platform you are using).

Make sure you are successfully logged into one of the above platforms.

Another potential problem could be with some cached data.  Try deleting the Tachyon*.dat files in the folder at C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Tachyon and restart the game.

I swear, when I run the game under latin name user Alien GPT functions and Mods button works fine, but when I run the game in the same desktop with the same Steam but under cyrillic name user, those functions became unaviable. I use Windows 10 and local (not Microsoft ID) PC users.

I remember similar problems with Forza Horizon 4 in Steam at launch.

For anyone that is having issues with not being able to use AlienGPT because of an authentication issue, we would like to gather some more information and collect some log files that may help us.

I confirm this. AlienGPT and Workshop are not working if the user's folder contains cyrillic characters. If you run the game with administrator rights, then everything works, but the game also creates a user folder with buggy characters in the name with this structure: C:\Users\{BUGGYNAME}\AppData\Local\Stardock\Tachyon\

There may be some problem with the Unicode encoding in the source code of the Tachyon system when it tries to read/write data to the user's folder with non-latin characters in the name. Because "Олег" is "Олег" in UTF-8   (Look at the screenshot)
