Start11 v2 interface won't open

I'd like to take a look at come of the new features in v2, but the interface won't open. The start menu works fine, but no interface to change settings. Reinstalled/purged etc. no luck

Are you trying to open it by right clicking on the menu and picking Configure Start11? or by a shortcut? If so what is the shortcut called?

I'm opening the start menu > stardock > start11. I guess that just loads start11? I used your right click method and got in. Sorry for being a noob!
