After updating to Start 11 v2, Start 11 doesn't work at all. For a while it kept showing the start11 configuration screen and now I get nothing.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try this, uninstall, reboot immediately, redownload Start11 V2 latest, install it, reboot again. Retest and report back.
