How to upgrade a single user Start11 license to a multi-install licesnse?

I found this thread but the FAQ referenced no longer exists:

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe that thread is currently hidden since Start11 will coming out with a newer upgrade version very soon. So, hang on for a bit until that is released.
