know if I can get an update from Win10 Start to Win11?
It will let you upgrade to start 11 at a discount. https://www.stardock.com/products/start11/
go to single and then look for the option that says upgrade. Enter your email and it will give you a discounted price to upgrade.
Also note; In every new operating system from Microsoft i.e. windows 10 / 11 / 12 will come a new generation of start 10 / 11 / 12 that will cost a few dollars to upgrade.
