In some of the Ideology trees there are traits that talk about giving leaders "traits". 2 examples appear below.
How can we find out what ALL of the traits that leaders can have are and what the impact is of each of those traits?
I believe a tooltip pops up when hovering over leaders, or are you specifically asking for a menu/display that lists all possible traits?
My initial concern was that the traits that I was considering spending culture on listed as their benefit a leader trait, but there is no popup that tells me what that leader trait is. I suggest adding a popup be added everywhere a leader trait is mentioned that explains what the leader trait is. The text of the ideology traits in my original post are examples of where this would add value.
My secondary concern was that I do not know where to look to see what ALL of the possible leader traits are so that I could identify the ones that I want to watch for and go after. I am thinking of something like the Technology Library screen that lists all of the technologies along with information about what they do.
