Upgrade from a single license to a multi-device license (Fences 4)

Still not clear...

I have 1 (one) license for Fences 4. I need more than one. I need at least 2 (maybe more in the future).  This would be possible with a multi-device license.

But I don't see an upgrade from a single license to a multi-device license. All I see is from Fences 3 (single) to Fences 4 (single).

If I purchase Fences 4, can I get more licenses at a discount?
