Fences Settings do not open

Cannot configure fences anymore

Hello there,

 

all of a sudden i am not longer able to open the Settings of Fences. No error-message or anything, just nothing.

Regardless which way i choose (wether it´s via the Desktop -> Right click or via the context menue in a fence) there is no reaction.

Fences itself is fully functional without issues.

I did a reboot, a clean uninstall / install routine with clearing all hidden files, and also did the comands i found in a similare topic here (sfc /scannow & dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth). Without any result.

I did not change anything at my system...?!

 

Whats left to do? Could you please so kind and give me a hand here?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Fences, reboot immediately, download and install the version mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/517370/get;3881371. Reboot after the install. Retest it and report back.

With the Fences4_4.1.1.0-j110-Setup.exe the problem was solved |-)
