Rip site??

from WinCustomize Forums
I just came across this website which is displaying my Epoch skin aswell as a few other skins/designs from other artists. I have not uploaded any skin or design to that site nor granted any permission to have my skin displayed there. The design its credited to me but I never consented on having it there.
What do you people think?

If you have no control over it, if you never gave permission then it is wrong. No matter if they credited you or not.

...they have a donation thing. You should ask for a cut. Probably that would be as effective as a bunch of letters asking them to remove your skin....

If they are hosting your work without your knowledge and/or consent, they are violating your copyright. You have every right to demand they remove it.

Arkantos, notice the emoticon after my post...And if you dig deep enough, you will see that many of the walls are indeed pictures of female movie/pop stars (or whatever).
