My sound got very low and even tho I max everything out everywhere it's still too low. This happened after I restarted my pc after updating Stardock 11.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am assuming you meant, Start 11? If yes, do know, Start11 does not control/effect your sound level. Just to be sure. Uninstall Start11, reboot immediately and test it. Report back.
