How do I GET wb4.2?

If You are Stardock Object Desktop subscriber or You own subscription for WB 4, then You should get it by Stardock Central.

Or I suppose there is a trial for it. Dunno 4.0 or 4.1 or 4.2.

The current version is 4.19, available through Stardock Central.

As noted it's in beta now and beta versions are available to Object Dektop users only. When it's released as "final" 4.2, registered users of WB (who aren't OD subscribers) will be able to get the update.
