Upgrade from 3 to 4 -- Uninstall first

I am goin to upgrade Fences from version 3 to version 4. Should I uninstall 3 first, because it seems that 4 is installed in a new folder. Or maybe I am incorrect on that.

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version 4 from your account page ,

Reboot again .

Having trouble. I tried that .bat file, and Uninstall in the Windows 10 settings, and also a registry editor that was in the same article that you sent me. Fences keeps coming up when I reboot. When I try to install version 4, I get:

I don't know how to follow these instructions. Any idea what I should do?
