want an honest answer based souly on my opinion?

Seems both are basic colourings...and only 'similar'.....doesn't look like graphics are 'borrowed' from either way....from looking at the screenshots....

I wanted 2 say this and another thing that name does matter
almost similar but one got the higher rank due 2 the reason that it has come from a well known person and the other one is still unknown due to the reason that author is less known then FB.........am i right?????

OK, now that I know what your question is, I can better answer it.

1- They are both ports of an existing interface, called Slate, which is the current interface of Longhorn. Neither ripped each other, both got inspired by the same source.

2- They only have one point difference in the ratings, one got a 6 and the other a 7.  And Drakon's skin has a lower rating because of one specific rating, which is considerably lower.  And I'll let you know that Frogboy rated Drakon's skin a 8.

They don't look the same to me...

Hmmm. Looks different to me.

Actually Drakon's got a lower rating because he originally uploaded it as a USF skin rather than a WindowBlinds skin causing it not to work.

It was actually rated at a 3 until yesterday when I removed older ratings since he reuploaded it.

 

Very kind of Frogboy to take action and allow Drakon's skin a fair start once the skin was fixed. I figured the initital low ratings were due to the nonfunctionality of the skin when first uploaded.

The two skins are similar but different and, although the style isn't flashy, I like them both. Quite serviceable skins.
