Elemental activation just goes round and round but won't continue to activation.

When I install the game I try to run it for the first time and so I fill in my e-mail, PW and the game key and when I hit "register" the blue circle just keeps spinning, it never continues.

Please try this

On Windows 10, go to your 'Windows Defender Settings' --> 'Virus and threat protection --> Ransomware protection --> Turn off 'Controlled folder access'.
