How to create/give faction guilds such as Cutters guild,Slavers guild when i create civilizations from scratch?
Dont "create new faction" but "copy".
If you copy a faction you get the same guilds.
I asked for the ability to assign factions when creating a custom civ. They said it would get added at some point in the future.
just so u know i've had this work, but i've also heard reports from people saying that it didnt work for them. the official option to add factions should be added at some point in the future, so i wouldnt worry about factions too much till then, when we can actually hand pick them
