Since updating, my taskbar glitches up to the top of the screen when using fullscreen apps, and the clock/calendar/notification tray-flyout stops working. Both require an explorer restart to fix.

This was a problem in some 1.1x betas but it was resolved for 1.2 onwards.
What version of Start11 are you running?
Looks like I was not on 1.2 yet – I've gone ahead and updated. For some reason I thought I had updated to the latest version on this particular machine, but I guess not. Thanks for pointing that out to me lol...
