Start11 v1.16 cannot create App Folders

When I drop an App onto another App (while holding down "Shift" key), the Folder is not created. If I right click a blank space in the menu, I do not get the ability/option to enable Folder creation?

Which menu style are you using?

That was it...it was set to Windows 7 Style for the Windows Key Open....setting it to Windows 11 Style works...thanks!
