Needs "Switch User" and "Sign Out" as options on Power icon

START 11: Please add "Switch User" and "Sign Out" as options on the Start Menu's Power icon.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you use Windows 7 or Modern style those option is available.

Those options show on the user icon on the bottom left of the Windows 11 style just as they do in Windows 11.  Likewise in the Windows 10 style they appear when you click on the user icon on the left column.
