I have an application called "Mindjet MindManager" and there is now way I can group this app.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
If that program has a custom Titlebar then they will not Group .

No custom bar etc. it’s a pretty popular application but the group is not working with the app in anyways.
A custom title bar is not something you would set (but something you could set to normal if the app allows for it), its developed to have one. This is something their support pipe can confirm.
