When I right-click on the taskbar I get the default windows 11 context menu not the start11 one, and yes I have it turned on in the start11 settings.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, can you post a screenshot on what you see while right click on the taskbar? And also post a screenshot of what you expect to see.
