Fences disappear when launching VR

from Stardock Forums

When launching Mixed Reality Portal (SteamVR) all my fences disappear. 

Any icons Not inside a Fence remains visable.

Once Mixed Reality is closed...   all fences reappear.

If I had to guess, the App is doing something to the desktop that interferes with Fences functioning properly - an overlay perhaps that might be able to be disabled.

So I was slightly wrong.

It's not just the VR app that makes this happen.

When I plug in another monitor.

Fences disappear as well.

So...  its something else.

While not every time you do I suspect, plugging in another monitor will play havoc with Windows Explore (what the Desktop really is).

If you restart WinExp after, I suspect Fences would be fine:
