OrdnerPortal always on top

Hallo,

is it possible that a expanding folder portal is always in the front and thus appears, for example, above other windows ?

Hello,

With Fences4 and Win11 you can bring your Fences above at

any time by pressing the Win key and Spacebar together .

But not one always .
