Apps list not showing on Win10 layout

I'd say about 1 out of 3 times the apps list doesn't show. This started with the latest version for me.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Try uninstalling REBOOT and reinstall REBOOT

and see if that works for you .
