Perhaps it was taken down and removed, but I have not been able to find a Windowblinds skin, known as "Jitter".
Oh well. There's plenty of other very nice skins available, even among the free ones. Have a great holiday!
I've just checked and cannot find any record of a skin called 'Jitter' [even removed]. You sure the spelling's correct? ...;)
Jitter was a Windowblinds Skin created by Essorant made for the 2006 GUI's Championship. If you need to contact him his username is now retiredmaster. Click this link for his current info and works: WinCustomize: MyWincustomize
The name rings a bell but it ain't there...
Only thing that will cause that is its removal by author and a database reset subsequently...;)
