Single click to open file or shortcut in a Fence

Is there a setting allowing me to single click to open file or shortcut in a Fence, similar to file explorer?

as far as I know the single click is a Windows folder option not a Fences option .

This is control by Windows (File Explorer), you can set it in Windows and Fences will follow it.
