Weird behaviour on Multi-Monitor

3 external Monitors (Laptop monitor inactive) 2 - 4 - 3 - (1)

Start button pressed on 4 (main) = Startmenu on 3

Start button pressed on 2 OR 3 = Startmenu on 4 (main)

Update: Only happens when NO individual startbutton is chosen.
