Fences does not play nice with LaunchBox

If you use Stardock's Fences for Windows, and have been having trouble with LaunchBox running slow, freezing, lagging, locking up, or crashing when you scroll or do other things in the GUI, it's almost certainly due to Fences interfering in some way.

I had all the problems I listed above, and LaunchBox applinked was SLOW, but after uninstalling Fences it works perfectly. All the issues have vanished.

It's a bit of a bummer because I like Fences (and paid for it) but if it's a choice between LaunchBox and Fences, I'll pick LaunchBox.

Anyway, folks... I hope this helps people who are having similar problems.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

What you may want to look for \ disable in LB is any kind of Windows Explorer integration or overlay (key combo that brings up a dormant LB UI - like the Steam overlay if you are familiar with it).
