Is there a better option to Stardock Fences?

Hello there, guys!

Anyone familiar with Stardock's Fences and able to recommend one? I'm seeking for a replacement because even the paid version of Fences is buggy and slow, and Startdock hasn't updated it in a long time and has no plans to do so. https://19216811ip.com.br/
