My download doesn't work with 64 bit hardware

My version of Fences won't load on my new 64-bit machine. Also when I try to re-download it wants to charge me again when I already have a key.

What version of Fences are you trying to install?

Also, if you are downloading from your account there should be no prompt to pay again.

Also, please list down your system specification. ie. CPU (Intel, AMD or ARM)?
