I am looking to make some icons to use in a program.  Since I have IconDeveloper I figured to start there.  First is there a manual for ID?  Second is there a repository of icon images I can tap into?

From what I know there is no manual for IconDeveloper, but there is a simple guide video in youtube :

You can get icons pack from Wincustomize.com https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/iconpackager/search/ some are paid and a lot others are free.
