Actually, they've been noted as one of the best police forces in the world. In spite of the dress uniforms.

I was referring to your comment on thread #31, Chef Garry. When I think of Canadians I think of the royal mounties is all. Canadians=Royal Mounties. Or Canadian Royal Mounties. No offense intended.

If you make it from scratch you can upload it. If you use someone else's graphics then you need their written permission. If its from a commic book, TV show, or any other copy writed this you can't upload it without permission.
