Windowblinds problem Windows 10

Hi. How is it with windowblinds on Windows 10? I installed a new version and it doesn't display correctly. How to solve this problem ?

  1. Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
  2. Windowblinds versions.
