Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system.

  1. System spec. CPU, Intel, AMD or ARM (Snapdragon)
  2. Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
  3. Fences version you're trying to install.
  4. When the error popup? At what stage of installation?
