Hello! I didn't find where i can disable customization of start menu and task bar in Windows 10 20H2. Is it possible?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you have Windowblinds and Start10, you will need to disable Start10 or choose "Windows 10 Style" in Start10 Configuration Windows. I believe taskbar is still under Windowblinds control which I don't think you can disable.

Unfortunately i don't use Start 10. I use another windows 10 start menu program.
I am not familiar with other Windows 10 start menu program, maybe try uninstall that program?
