How much are you all getting?

For a couple of weeks now I've only been able to sleep 4 to 5 hours a night. I'm pretty sure I know why this is happening and I am working on the problem.

My goal with this post is to see who else is having sleep trouble. Misery loves company they say.

I'm getting about 5 to 6 hours. I'm moving out of my house, so for the past month I've been trying to get rid of 50yrs worth of crap. Dealing with my agent and the people that are buying the house and not knowing where I'm going yet. I'm single and I'm doing this all by myself. Christmas I did clean up all day went over my sister's for dinner then came home and continued working.

So there is no sleep for me.

I've been getting very little for months, now. Closer to a year. I was recently diagnosed with C-PTSD, and for me part of that is night terrors and extreme difficulty not just falling asleep, but staying there, as well.

It's so hard. So hard.
