There are a few areas in Windows like the control panel that I can't figure out how to change the background color and text. White is very annoying. Would like to make it dark with light text.Has anyone done this?Thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I remember, Control Panel background color is not something that can be change by Windowblinds.
