Unable to activate KVM version of Multiplicity after machine rebuild to Windows 10 Pro

HI,

I get an error code -205 when I try to upgrade my multiplicity version to the KVM version once I had to rebuild the machine to the latest version of Windows 10. It indicates that it is currently used by a different computer and that I must press "Continue" to proceed with the activation on this computer. Once I do so, and after a short while, I get the error code and it indicates that it is not able to activate Multiplicity.

Not sure what to do.
