Reducing or Enlarging a Group Window

It would be nice to be able to enlarge or to minimize a group or to even close a group with one-click buttons. Individual apps provide this; why can't Groupy?

The minimise button on the active window in a group would minimise the entire group. Likewise the maximize button will maximize the group.

You can close all via the ... drop-down menu.
