That depends on what kind of theme or skin you downloaded. See the top of the page you downloaded it from for the name of the program and a link to it.

Programs needed to apply the nVidia winstyles are as follows:-

WindowBlinds, Iconpackager, Winstyles itself, thse programs will allow you to apply the Theme you downloaded all of these programs can be obtained form the Stardock website at this link.

i download one of the soft and apply the skin Thnkx you for this but i have more problam that i dnot now how to describe you
but i try
whan i aplly the skin its work great but in folder there in no changes like in the picture

I think from you last post, that you a talking aboyt the Folder Icons in Windows Explorer, to change these you should install Iconpackager from Stardock, with this program it is possible to change all the Windows Icons, and the nVdia theme has the new icons included, but only with Iconpackager can these be installed.
