Deactivate Fences on the old computer. Then you reactivate it on the new.

You can go to "about Fences" to deactivate, or you can do it from your downloads page on the website.

Also, to transfer your settings use the "Snapshot" feature:

(I'm not sure that the file path is the same on Win10 as they show for Win7)
