Problem with cursor FX activation

Dear programmer，
  These days，something wrong with my computer.So I had Reinstalled my system twice.When I finished my computer,I found that my product key of cursorFX didnt work.Tried many times，there is always prompt that cannot read SID.There is screenshot,I dont know what to do.Hope you can help me solve it.
