Fence missing

I have a fence that is missing when I logged in today. I disabled all things advised in other posts. I also tried to restore to a snapshot, and it shows in the preview, but is not there when I restore.

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your Stardock account Reboot and try snapshot again if
