Cannot create new fences or move exixting fences

from Stardock Forums

Suddenly, Fences is not working as it did. I am unable to create new fences or to move existing fences. Can you help or give recommendations? Thanks -

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Did you lock your fences? Please unlock it. Right click anywhere on desktop should bring the menu like below.

That's the cure. Thanks for your help. I looked thru the Fences portion of the program and could not find this.
