How do I dock more than one objectDock?

Which program are you referring to? Objectbar and ObjectDock are two different programs.

ObjectBar allows you to create various bars and menus on your desktop. ObjectDock displays a icons that zoom in and out as you move your mouse over them, similar to a Mac.

If you're referring to objectdock, you can only have it display a single dock

I believe you would have to create a copy of the OD directory and then launch the OD executable in both directories. You will then have two, separate copies of OD running, each with it's own configuration.
