i converterd a you tube mp4 video to all formats-qualities (wmv,mpeg,avi) and it doesnt even show it in preview mode!neither it is set as video desktop!i paid for it yesterday !!whats up?
Only a WMV video will play as a video in Deskscapes.
WMV video though uses a lot of CPU usage.
Dream files can be either wmv or avi only.

I make tons of Dreams .
Open your Deskscapes program and add a wmv video and it
will play on your desktop like a dream , loop might not be good though.
update,installed it on win 10 64 bit,in admin mode and now a black screen is set instead of playing the vid when i put a wmv video!!nice progress bahhhh!
If Windows is updated do this Purge Deskscapes https://forums.stardock.com/485954/deskscapes-support-faq#reinstalling
then reboot and reinstall and then report back here .
I use Win 10 64 bit with No problem with Deskscapes and a wmv video plays
on my desktop .
Open Deskscapes program drag and drop any WMV video into Deskscapes
and click apply ... to play like a dream on your desktop
